We try our best to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information and only store it for the period necessary to achieve the purpose.
The Internet is not absolutely secure. If the protection facilities are damaged, resulting in information impairment, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
In the event of a security incident, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation, impact, disposal measures, and preventive suggestions in accordance with laws and regulations. Where it is difficult to inform one by one, we will issue announcements and report to regulatory authorities as required.
V. Your Rights

Statutory situations where responses cannot be made due to national security, criminal investigation, public interest, trade secrets, etc., will be handled according to the law.
VI. Protection of Minors
This platform provides services to natural persons aged 18 and above with full civil capacity. We do not proactively collect personal information directly from minors. If such information is collected unknowingly, we will seek to delete it.
In particular, in accordance with Article 31 of the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), if it is truly necessary to process the personal information of minors under the age of 14, we will obtain the separate consent of their guardians and formulate specific rules for processing personal information. If we find that the personal information of a minor under the age of 14 has been collected without the consent of the guardian, we will seek to delete it.
VII. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
Storage Location: The website server is located in Mainland China and is accessed by personnel in Mainland China according to authorization.

We only conduct such cross-border transfers in compliance with applicable privacy protection laws.
If personal information is transferred out of Mainland China, we will separately and explicitly inform you of the transfer purpose, receiver, method and scope of use, security measures, and security risks, obtain your separate consent, and complete the personal information export security assessment, standard contract filing, or personal information protection certification in accordance with Articles 38 to 39 of the PIPL to ensure that the overseas receiver provides a level of protection not lower than the standards of Mainland China.
If you are located outside China, we will also comply with the cross-border transfer regulations of local applicable data protection laws, such as Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention Period: We only store information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Among them, the data collected by Microsoft Clarity is processed according to Microsoft's retention policy. After account cancellation, information may still be retained in accordance with this policy and legal requirements, and can be safely disposed of without notice when permitted by law.
